Preventive maintenance and repairs under one contract

Our AMC contracts cover scheduled preventive maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting and repairs for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Each scope is set to the equipment on your site and the way it runs.

We inspect chillers, VRV/VRF, package, AHU, FCU and split systems, record operating readings and flag components that need attention before they fail.

Scheduled cleaning of air filters and condenser and evaporator coils keeps airflow and heat transfer within design limits across the contracted units.

Fan and compressor motors are lubricated and checked for bearing wear, current draw and vibration on the planned service interval.

When a unit breaks down, our technicians diagnose compressor and electrical faults on site and escalate to repair under the agreed response terms.
